Having loaded my short kits with 1.6mm it has proved itself to be fantastic for fishing shalla for ide and breams up to 3lb soft on the strike and power up lovely with a pull or two. I ve just order the 2.4 and 2.6 ready for the big carps in the edge I m sure it will be as good. And a bonus it s cheap as chip la too . Thank you SRG.

Stumbled upon this elastic a couple of years ago was looking for a heavy one for my edge monster so I ordered 18 to 20 and it's been brilliant so much so that I have in my pole equipment box about 90 meters of elastic size from 6to8 upto 18to20 I have recommended SRG to all my fishing buddies and for the price I won't be using anything else I am now looking at SRG Pole floats any recommendations??

Bargain price, quality Elastic
Have used this elastic for a while now and have found it very good for every situation I've fished, from roach on a topkit to high double to 20lb carp shallow fishing and down the edge. Can't fault it at all, it's got good longevity and confidence is high when it comes to reliability. At the bargain prices this can be bought for, many many topkits can be done with little hesitancy. Will be back for more when I've used my stock... But it may be a while given what I've said, but I will be back.

Quality products at great prices
Ordered the hybrid elastic in various sizes in 10m batches which was great value at less than 1 per metre compared to other elastics. I have been using the hybrid elastics during my last 6 matches and have been really pleased with it's performance and durability.I use the natural for shallow carp fishing, this allows ease of shipping back when fish are hooked, but can be easily powered up using a side puller. I use the Blueberry for most of my short line fishing for carp, again allowing fish to clear the swim with minimal disruption. Finally I use the Lime for margin work,it's very forgiving but also powers up well to land big carp into double figures. Fantastic elastic even if it was the same price as other more well known brands, but the fact it is a fraction of the cost is a massive bonus. I'll be making it my go to elastic in future

Finding damage to nearly all my top kit elastics and looking at the cost of renewal .Icame across SRG ELASTICS and bought several 10mtr packs, this cuts down on wastage if you are elasticating several top kits using the usual 3mtr lengths can t fault the material.

Having used the hybrid and hollow all last year I decided to furnish my silver top kits with the 6-8 hybrid. I really like the initial stretch of the hybrid, but it holds well under pressure. The 6-8 is ideal due to how soft it is on the strike.

Just used half of the elastic for replacement of elastic in two top sections, I have not used it yet but I have not had any problems with this elastic previously. Enough elastic left to replace two more top sections make this good value.

Used the coconut 6/8 white laccy yesterday for chub on the worcester canal in a winter league round. Netted over 17lb of great big Chub using this stuff. Smooth finish, like white hydro, but slightly lighter, and very much cheaper. Will be buying some more very soon.

Re elasticated 4 of my top kits with the 16-18 rated banana flavour. This proved to be an excellent product. Soft and very stretchy but pulls up easily and is very forgiving. Had several double figure carp from Cob House and had no problems at all. Also the elastic returns to its original length so no continual shortening required. Also have the green 18-20 but not used that yet.

Well pleased
I have now used the Coconut strawberry Raspberry and Natural and can honestly say it is as good if not better than the leading branded elastics. The Natural needed bedding in but was spot on after the first session. Carp up to 15lb on both Strawberry and Raspberry no problem and the Coconut superb for the Ide and Skimmers. Also had a bonus pike 9lb on the Strawberry.I know its a personal choice when it comes down to which you use but I would recommend the SRG hybrid elastic to anyone and that's without mentioning the price.

Bought the Coconut,Strawberry Raspberry and Natural hybrid elastic in varying lengths. Not had chance to use Strawberry yet but here's my thoughts on the others. Natural, well pleased used down the margin coped well with caught up to 12lb Raspberry used it for f1s with the odd decent skimmer and carp thrown in. Brilliant elastic soft for the skimmers yet powers up for the f1s and carp. Coconut, wasn't as convinced with this one was using to catch ide and felt a bit harsh, not giving up on it however as it might need bedding in. Well worth the money test will come when we see how long it lasts
